We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all refurbished printers. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All items must include original packaging and accessories. An RMA is required for all returns. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received defective.
